Awesome food and atmosphere.

The serving sizes are very generous. Definitely meant to be sharing sizes rather than individual portions. The kids and I both had the sichuan beef which was okay. It was very sweet and was about 90 percent batter. The pieces were very big, not bite sized. Not a bad place, but not the best or most authentic.

Just don't like the food itself.

Okay food not the greatest

Fantastic food. At first the prices might seem a little high for Chinese food, but they give you so much it doesn't even fit in the takeout box. They put them in plastic bags because the takeout boxes can't close. While I was waiting for my food several people came in to pick up. The gentleman taking the orders knew most people by name. Shows that this place has a lot of repeat consumers and the staff knows them all by name.

Great service. I go every other month and somehow the waitress remembers our order and even the hot mustard and the food is some of the best Chinese food around! Also a good place for take out. Somehow the food tastes even better the next day!Went there again on 07/12/2019. After the meal China House always gives you some pineapple chunks with toothpicks, a fortune cookie for each person in your party and a hot towel to clean up. This time another treat was presented! A small rolled up cookie with cream in it. A sweet & tasty treat!

Mountains of low quality food.

This reastraunt has been open for 30yrs. Plus. Very good. 1st time back in over 20yrs. Will go again a lot sooner

The chicken fingers they have here will make you rethink your life. If I was on death row my final request would be a Large chicken finger.

Ordered out while working at Brimfield Antique Show. I am very picky with quality food. This Chinese restaurant was fantastic. The people working there took pride in what they did and how the customer was happy. Would highly recommend this place. Very clean inside as well.

I called to order and asked if they delivered, and a lady picked up and rudely said no we don’t deliver and hung up. Very rude people

Good food and not over priced. We usually pick up and bring it home. Last time we ordered one thing and got a different dish that turned out to be good.

I love this restaurant and all of the food they serve here. The food was amazing, the lo mein was perfect and the crab rangoons were perfectly flavored and crisp. Look forward to going back.

I love the food there, taste good and you get a lot of food. I usually get take out and my husband and I eat off of what we get for 3 days. Greatly recommend them.

The food was great! We live about 25 minutes away and just happened to stop in and I am happy we did! The service was good, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. What a wonderful find!

This is by far the best Chinese food around. You get your money's worth. I travel 1/2 hour away to get this food and I have other Chinese restaurants near me, but it's so worth the ride to get china house!

I have been coming here since I was a teenager. This is consistently the best Chinese food around and the rule by which I measure all others. If you like alcoholic drinks they are likewise excellent. Strong but flavorful and a twenty dollar drink tab will leave most needing a cab. Highly recommend.

I always order fried rice and chicken fingers the first time at a new Chinese restaurant to see where it stacks up. I tried another Chinese restaurant in Palmer today (shame on me) that was VERY disappointing, I should have stuck with what I know but a friend highly recommended it. I hope my (former) friend reads this!! China House is hands down one of my favorite Chinese restaurants and when I want their food, I'm driving 30 minutes each way from Springfield. After the first order I expand my choices and after 4 or 5 visits never had a disappointing selection. The waitstaff service (back in the days before covid) was always quick and pleasant. I'm so sorry I strayed China House!!!!

I just had some dumplings and the ginger / dumplings sauce was really good. Actually the sauce was amazing. It had a nice little bite to it! The best I ever had. Thank you

A few vegan options but not as much as other Chinese restaurants. Wait staff was attentive but the atmosphere wasn't the greatest. The TV was overwhelmingly distractive on the wall and played polital garbage. I'd rather some nice music and art, personally.

Simple underwhelming flavors. Expect to be disappointed, bloated, and hungry in twenty minutes. Run of the mill low quality back water American Chinese cuisine.

Good neighborhood Chinese food. My only complaint is it seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes greasy. Staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions. Good place for a quick lunch.

I have to tell you it’s been along time since we’ve had good Chinese food and let me tell you if I could give this place a 10 star I would definitely do that thank you for making such excellent food
